Henrico police determine suspicious package poses ‘no threat to the area’ in Innsbrook

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The Henrico County Police Division has determined that a suspicious package poses no threat to the area of Innsbrook where it was found.
Earlier this afternoon, officers were called to the 4300 block of Innslake Drive for a reported suspicious package.
The roads were shut down for an extended period of time as multiple first responders investigated the situation.
Shortly before 3 p.m., police provided the following update:
"Crews have determined there is no threat to the area. Units are working to clear the area. Traffic should return to normal shortly."
No further information on the nature of the suspicious package has been shared at this time.
