Juvenile male shot, injured in Richmond’s Southside
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A juvenile male is injured after police said he was shot in Richmond's Southside Tuesday evening.
At 4:17 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, officers with the Richmond Police Department responded to the 3500 block of Lawson Street for the report of a person shot.
When officers arrived, they found a juvenile male with an apparent gunshot wound. Officials said he was immediately taken by ambulance to a local hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.
Officials continue to investigate. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 804-646-5100.
