King William County Sheriff’s Office to host rabies clinic for pets

KING WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The King William County Sheriff’s Office will host a rabies clinic in April.

The rabies clinic will take place from 8 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 26 at 351 Courthouse Lane, Suite 160.

Rabies vaccines will cost $10 each. County tags, for dogs only, will cost $5 for each tag.

According to officials, pet owners who want their pets to receive a three-year rabies vaccine should bring a certificate showing the animal has been previously vaccinated.

Dogs must be on a leash and cats should be in a secure pet carrier at the clinic.
