Kings Dominion ride left 20 passengers stuck during rides operation

DOSWELL, Va. (WRIC) -- On Saturday, March 29, Hanover Fire and EMS crews were notified of a ride that was stuck at Kings Dominion by the Kings Dominion safety team.

The ride was carrying 20 passengers when it got stuck during the assent portion of the operation, however a request was then made to help assist in removing the passengers from the ride.

Hanover Fire-EMS technical teams based out of the Doswell station responded to the call, and helped walk the passengers down and back onto the platform.

There are no reported injuries at this time and no word on what caused the ride to become stuck.
