Late-night crash on I-95 South in Richmond closes lanes, causing delays

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A crash on Interstate 95 South in Richmond has closed multiple lanes late Tuesday night, causing delays for drivers in the area.
The crash took place just before 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 19, on I-95 southbound near E. Franklin Street, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
As of 10:33 p.m., the southbound left and center lanes are closed.
