LIST: RVA Fashion Week returns to Richmond for 18th year with new events, partnerships

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- RVA Fashion Week will return to the Richmond region for its 18th year in April, showing bold designs and curating cultural moments.

From Tuesday, April 4, to Sunday, April 12, fashion enthusiasts are invited to a week of fashion, art and culture, along with various levels of designer experience. The event will include a fashion show and a partnership campaign, among others.

Check out the 2026 RVA Fashion Week lineup below. All events run from 6 to 10 p.m. on their respective days.

  • Tuesday, April 7: "Prototype: Made to Inspire"
    • Designers push boundaries, experimenting with form, and bringing fresh, creative visions to life. A Virginia Museum of History & Culture-partnered presentation inspired by the "We the People" exhibition, exploring identity and civic themes through fashion.
  • Wednesday, April 8: "The Collective: Established & Curated"
    • Presents this season’s standout looks from Richmond’s most esteemed boutiques and designers.
  • Thursday, April 9: "The Framework: Vision in Form"
    • Highlights Richmond’s emerging designers and creatives who are pushing boundaries and exploring new directions.
  • Friday, April 10: "Flowism: The Canvas Collection"
    • This show celebrates designers who treat clothing as canvas and concept, blending bold visuals, creative expression and innovative design.
  • Saturday, April 11: "Structure: A Study in Fashion"
    • Showcases a runway experience with a curated collection featuring sophisticated tailoring, avant-garde silhouettes and high-fashion innovation.
  • Sunday, April 12: "Blueprint: RVA Coded"
    • A celebration of Richmond streetwear, where fashion, music and urban energy.
