Virginia War Memorial in Richmond The Commonwealth of Virginia's 68th Annual Veterans Day Ceremony will span from 11 a.m. to noon on Monday in the E. Bruce Heilman Amphitheater at the Virginia War Memorial. Attendees will hear from guest speakers, listen to patriotic music and learn the winners of the annual Virginia War Memorial's Student Essay Contest.
