Man dead after being found shot in the torso in Richmond’s Southside
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A man is dead after he was found shot in the torso in Richmond's Southside Wednesday evening. Officers with the Richmond Police Department were called to 1452 Clarkson Road for the report of gunshots in the evening on Wednesday, Dec. 25. When officers arrived, they found a man with a gunshot wound to his torso, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Another male victim took himself to a local hospital with a gunshot wound. His injuries are considered non-life-threatening, according to police. Officials continue to investigate.
