RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A man is dead after he was shot in the head in Richmond's Northside on Monday. Just after 5 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 27, officers with the Richmond Police Department were called to the 1000 block of St. James Street for report of a person shot. When they arrived, officers found a man who had been shot in the head. He died at the scene. No further details are available as of the time of reporting.
