Midlothian High School students earn national recognition at FBLA conference
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- For the seventh year in a row, students from Midlothian High School have earned national honors at the Future of Business Leaders of America (FBLA) National Leadership Conference.
FBLA is the nation’s largest career and technical student organization focused on preparing students for careers in business.
Held in California, the event brings together more than 14,000 students and educators from middle and high schools across the country to compete in a range of business and leadership events.
Two standout students from Midlothian High School not only took top honors at the state level, but also on the national stage.

Kiri Yoon placed fourth in Introduction to Marketing Concepts, while Ryan Paris earned fifth for Accounting I.
Yvonne Mullins, the FBLA advisors at the school, guided the students through the competition.
