Missing 11-year-old Henrico boy found safe

UPDATE: Failson has been found safe, police said.

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A missing 11-year-old Henrico County boy has been found safe.

On Wednesday, Feb. 4, the Henrico County Police Division issued a missing and endangered runaway juvenile alert for 11-year-old Cameron Na-dir Failson of Henrico.

Failson was first reported missing on Wednesday, when officers were called to the 5600 block of Chamberlayne Road and learned that he was last seen leaving the Chamberlayne Road home for a friend's house around 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 3.

Armed and dangerous Henrico man wanted for child sex crimes

Due to his age, Failson was considered endangered, with his disappearance thought to pose a credible threat to his health and safety.

Later Wednesday evening, police provided an update, saying that Failson was found safe.
