Missing person: Petersburg Police search for missing 38-year-old woman

PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) -- The Petersburg Bureau of Police is asking for the community's help in finding a missing 38-year-old woman.

Petersburg police are working to find 38-year-old Jamie Jackson who police said was last seen Saturday, Nov. 15, at 10 p.m. on the 500 block of St. Mark Street.

The announcement came via The police departments Facebook page Sunday morning. Jackson is described by police as being "five foot and one inches tall, brown eyes, wear glasses with burgundy colored braids and has a tattoo of a heart with the names Denise and James."

According to police, Jackson was last seen wearing "Burgundy pants and a tan hoodie." Jackson drives a Red Ford Explorer with Virginia tags "TSG-4455."

Petersburg police ask that, "If you have any information on her whereabouts, please contact the Petersburg Bureau of Police at 804-732-4222."
