Motorcyclist hospitalized after crash involving ambulance in Henrico

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A motorcyclist is in the hospital after a crash involving an ambulance in a Henrico County intersection on Tuesday.
The crash took place at about 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 7, in the intersection of Libbie and Broad streets, according to the Henrico County Police Division. It involved a motorcyclist and a private company ambulance.
The driver of the motorcycle was taken to a local hospital for injuries they suffered during the crash.
Thankfully, these injuries were only minor, police said. No additional injuries were reported.
