Multi-vehicle accident shuts down westbound lanes on I-64 in New Kent County

NEW KENT COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- All Westbound travel lanes are closed following a multi-vehicle accident in New Kent County on Interstate 64.
According to Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and New Kent County Sherriff's Office, drivers can expect to see three mile delays after a multi-vehicle accident involving a tractor-trailer on I-64 near Courthouse road on mile marker 215.
VDOT advises drivers to use alternate routes to avoid any additional delays.
