CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A multi-vehicle crash is causing delays on Interstate 95 North in Chesterfield County late Thursday night.
The crash took place at about 11:20 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13, on I-95 northbound near E. Ellerslie Avenue, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
As of 11:31 p.m., the northbound center and right lanes are closed.
