According to NACA they don't factor in credit scores, however instead focus on the applicants financial readiness, ensuring accessibility to broaden the range of potential future homeowners.

Bruce Marks, CEO of NACA explained that, “Many families are left struggling to save for down payments or meet traditional lending criteria."

"NACA’s Achieve the Dream event offers a game-changing solution, helping low- to moderate-income individuals and families obtain affordable homeownership —without the financial hurdles and other obstacles that often block the path to homeownership,” Marks shared.
