New dermatology practice opens in Chesterfield’s Midlothian area

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A new dermatology office is now open in Chesterfield County, providing another option for area residents looking for treatment for conditions like acne, eczema and more.

U.S. Dermatology Partners has opened a new office in Midlothian's Westchester Medical Park, located at 611 Watkins Centre Parkway, Suite 350.

Patients who visit this clinic can receive care "for a wide range of dermatologic conditions, including acne, exzema, rosacea and skin cancer," among others, according to a press release.

"We’re proud to open our first location in the Richmond metroplex and expand our footprint in Virginia,” said Paul Singh, CEO of U.S. Dermatology Partners, in the release. “This new office reflects our commitment to increasing access to dermatology care for patients across the region."

New ‘beauty destination’ coming to Libbie Mill – Midtown in Henrico

The clinic will be led by J. Scott Kennedy, a dermatologist certified by the American Board of Dermatology. He has ties to Richmond, having previously lived in the area when he was serving in the military, per the release.
