NEW KENT COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- After a man allegedly tortured an animal to death, the New Kent County Sheriff's Office is looking for him.
In a social media post in the morning on Nov. 12, the New Kent County Sheriff's Office shared that it was looking for 65-year-old Eugene Stewart, who is wanted for torturing an animal to death.
He is described as being a white man who stands at about 5 feet and 6 inches tall with grey hair and brown eyes.
