NEW KENT COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The New Kent County Sheriff's Office Animal Protection Unit is actively seeking a man charged with animal cruelty.
According to the sheriff's office, David Richardson has a warrant for failure to appear in court for his original charge of cruelty to animals.
