NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A person was flown to the hospital with serious injuries after a Thursday afternoon crash in Northumberland County.
A crash involving a tractor-trailer and a sedan took place just after 3 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 18, in the 1100 block of Browns Store Road in Northumberland County, according to Virginia State Police.
One person was flown via MedFlight helicopter to an area hospital with serious injuries.
