PHOTOS: Driver hurt after hitting Chesterfield pet grooming business
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A driver was hurt after their car put a hole in the entrance of a pet grooming business in Chesterfield County on Wednesday.
At about 11:18 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 1, firefighters with Chesterfield County Fire and EMS were called to a pet grooming business in the 15800 block of Route 1 for report of a car hitting a structure.
Photos from the scene show that the car hit the door of the business, causing it to buckle inward. It also put a hole in the wall alongside the door.

The driver was hurt in the crash, with fire officials describing those injuries as non-life-threatening.
No people or pets inside the business were harmed.
Members of the fire department's Technical Rescue Team made sure the building was structurally sound before they cleared the scene.
