RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Can I pet that dog? Hound dogs and their owners from all over Richmond came together Saturday morning for nail trims and play time. The group met for "Hound Town" at Chimborazo Park in the city's Church Hill area for some fun at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 28.
