RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Christmas came early this year to the Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU!

Legendary Santa made a stop at the hospital on Friday, Nov. 21, for a special playtime with more than a dozen tiny patients.

The little ones were able to create crafts, play games, blow bubbles and take photos with Santa.

"This is just one of the many ways that CHoR and the hospital’s Child Life Specialists work to make sure their patients don’t miss out on the fun of being a kid despite being in the hospital," organizers said in the release.
