There were some concerns about the fire spreading to other homes, so additional resources were called in to assist due to the proximity of the fire to other homes close by. Thankfully, firefighters were able to contain the spread.

The fire was put out in just over an hour. It burned through between two and three acres total, according to fire officials. The RV was a total loss.

Fire officials told 8News that there was one person inside of the RV when the fire broke out, but they were able to get out safely.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
