PHOTOS: Pollen settles across Richmond region

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- As Spring arrives in Richmond, so does the pollen, and a greenish yellow blanket has begun to fall across the city.

With Richmond being ranked the 8th most difficult city for people with allergies this year, it's no surprise that local residents have reportedly seen pollen cover cars, streets and even pets!

According to StormTracker8 meteorologists, the current pollen count is high and will remain so throughout the weekend and into Monday.
