Power is expected to be restored between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., according to Dominion Energy, and the cause of the outage is reportedly pending investigation.

The high school where students and staff were being relocated has power and heat, according to school officials.

Parents and guardians who have not done so already were asked to drop students off directly at Patrick Henry High School near the front entrance, with staff on-site to assist in the process.

The school division said updates would be shared when they become available.
