Richmond Animal Care and Control stray kennels full, shelter searching for owners
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Richmond Animal Care and Control's (RACC) kennels for stray animals are full as of Tuesday evening. Do you recognize any of these dogs?
The evening of Tuesday, July 2, RACC took to Facebook to announce that its stray kennels are full.
The shelter is requesting the public's help in reuniting over a dozen missing dogs currently on stray hold with their owners.
