Richmond restaurant Brenner Pass announces closure ahead of new remodel

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- After 8 years of service, Brenner Pass is closing its doors; however, the restaurant claims this is not the end.

The announcement comes after a social media post from the restaurant on June 21, which states that it will be closing its doors beginning in September, as they "reimagine what's next."

"A fresh concept is coming, inspired by everything we’ve learned from you and where we feel like our heart is at culinarily these days," the post continues to read.

The restaurant's last service will be Aug. 30, however neighboring restaurant Black Lodge in Scott's Addition will remain open through the closure.
