"There are about 30,000 individuals in the Richmond region who are on the spectrum, and that really doesn't just include children," Shannon Grymes, the board of directors vice chair, told 8News. "We look at the whole life span of the individual. We have a lot of adults that are getting diagnosed as adults. So, they are often looking for resources and answers and how to navigate their journey, and we are here for them."
You can purchase ducks online or in person on Brown's Island until 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
