RVA Taco Festival coming to Hardywood West Creek in May
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The RVA Taco Festival is coming to Hardywood West Creek this year, with food trucks, live music and more.
The festival will take place on May 18 from noon to 6 p.m. and will feature up to 12 food trucks as well as live bands and musicians playing from 1 to 4 p.m. Hardywood's West Creek location will house the festival this year, at 820 Sanctuary Trail Drive.
This event is family-friendly and 100% locally organized according to Safe Harbor RVA -- the festival's nonprofit beneficiary which aims to raise funds for helping survivors of sexual and domestic abuse as well as human trafficking. There will be a suggested donation of $10 to go towards the cause.
In terms of the musical lineup, people can expect to see George Dennehy, Fallen Roads, The Party Favors and Lucid Evolution.
