Several Chesterfield County facilities will delay opening due to winter weather
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- With more severe winter weather approaching Central Virginia, several facilities in Chesterfield County will open up on a delay tomorrow. According to Chesterfield County, several of its facilities will operate on a delayed schedule Saturday, Jan. 11, due to winter weather conditions. The following facilities will have a delayed opening tomorrow: All Chesterfield Public Library branches will open at noon. The La Prade Library will remained closed for renovations. Northern and Southern Area Convivence Centers will both open at noon. The Parks and Recreation facilities will open at noon, but historical sites such as Castlewood and Magnolia Grange will remain closed.
