Single vehicle crash on I-95 leaves one person facing serious injuries

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- One person is facing serious injuries after a single vehicle crash that occurred Saturday evening.
On Saturday, May 17, Virginia State Police (VSP), responded to southbound Chippenham and northbound Interstate 95, due to a single vehicle crash involving a motorcycle.
The crash happened at 6:03 p.m. The driver was then taken to the hospital, and according to VSP, is facing serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Police are still investigating this incident.
