Step inside Richmond’s historic Fan District for Holiday House Tour

RICHMOND, V. (WRIC) -- The Richmond community is invited to step inside Richmond's historic Fan District for a highly anticipated tradition -- the Holiday House Tour -- designed to showcase the architectural style of the historic Fan District.

According to a Nov. 12 release, the Fan District Association 2025 Holiday House Tour will run from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13 and Sunday, Dec. 14, providing a glimpse into the area's spirit during the holiday season.

Pre-sale tickets are $45, while tickets purchased on the weekend of the event are $60.

The walking tour will feature 10 locations, including the newly renovated Fox Elementary School. Attendees will also be able to enjoy refreshments and entertainment in Meadow Park, which will be fully decorated for the holiday season.

The Holiday House Tour raises funds to support the Fan District Association’s dedication to "the preservation, restoration, and betterment of the community," per a release. The association is a 501(c)3 nonprofit civic association.
