StormTracker8: Chilly Weather is Back

Richmond, Va. (WRIC) -- Highs today will be in the upper 40s and skies will be sunny. It may feel cold after all the above normal temperatures we saw last week, but these temperatures are right on par for a typical mid January day.

Overnight lows will be in the 20s and highs tomorrow will be in the low 50s.

Wednesday will be cloudier, but highs will remain in the mid 50s.

Thursday will be the big talker of the week. Some models want to pull in a wintery mix or a rain/snow mix on Thursday. Right now, we are looking at minimal impacts and no accumulation. We may see rain showers on Thursday afternoon that turn to a mix or snow showers once temperatures drop, but we will keep you updated day by day, as things can and will change.

Either way, this frontal boundary will drop our temperatures going into the weekend. Highs will be in the low 40s.
