StormTracker8: Snow ending tonight; windy & chilly Monday
Richmond, Va. (WRIC) -- Light snow will come to an end around midnight tonight and then we will have cloudy skies throughout the overnight. It will be cold with lows in the lower 30s.
Monday will start off cloudy, but we will see a few breaks of sun developed during the day. There might even be a passing sprinkle or two, especially in the afternoon. It will be windy and chilly for this time of year with highs 40 to 45.
Tuesday will feature mostly sunny skies, but it will remain chilly with highs near 45.
A weather system will move into the region early Wednesday morning and bring us the risk of some showers. That system should move out around the lunch hour, and we might see some late day breaks of sun. Our high temperatures will Top out in the middle 50s.
Another weather system will approach on Thursday, bringing us more clouds and the risk of rain as we go into the afternoon and evening. Look for our high temperatures to climb into the middle 50s.
Any lingering showers from that weather system on Thursday will exit early Friday morning and we will see partly sunny skies for the afternoon with highs near 60.
Looking ahead to the upcoming weekend we should see partly to mostly sunny skies for Saturday and Sunday with highs around 60.
