StormTracker8: Warm weather through Saturday

Richmond, Va. (WRIC) -- Mainly clear skies will be with us throughout the overnight and it will be a mild night for January with lows in the middle to upper 40s.

Mostly sunny skies will be across the region for Wednesday, and it will be warm with highs in the middle 60s.

A weak cold front will cross the region later Wednesday evening and that will cool us down just a little bit for Thursday with highs in the lower 60s, but we will have mostly sunny skies.

Another weather system will approach the region on Friday and that'll bring us more clouds, but it will also warm us up into the upper 60s under mostly cloudy skies. We do run the risk of seeing a few showers by Friday evening.

Scattered showers will be with us for Saturday with highs in the middle 60s.

That system will depart Sunday and partly sunny skies will return with highs in the middle 50s.

Monday will be a chilly day with highs in the middle 40s under Sunny skies.

Looking ahead to next Tuesday and Wednesday we should see partly sunny skies with near normal temperatures which is the upper 40s.
