StormTracker8: Warmer tomorrow through Saturday

Richmond, Va. (WRIC) -- Mostly cloudy skies will be with us for this evening and tonight with our overnight lows falling back into the middle to upper 30s.

Tuesday will feature plenty of clouds with some occasional breaks of sunshine and it will be a milder day with highs in the upper 50s.

Wednesday will feature mostly sunny skies, and it will be very mild with highs in the lower 60s.

Thursday will be a carbon copy of Wednesday with mostly sunny skies continuing and highs again in the lower 60s.

A weather system will approach the region on Friday and that will bring us more clouds and the risk of some late-day showers. It will be even milder with highs in the middle 60s.

Cloudy skies will be across the region for Saturday with the risk of some scattered showers from time to time, but it will remain mild with highs in the middle 60s.

Partly sunny skies will return for Sunday, but it will be a touch cooler with highs near 55.

Looking ahead to the early part of next week we should go back to normal for our high temperatures on Monday and Tuesday which means we'll see highs in the middle to upper 40s under partly sunny skies.
