Suspect sought after over $1,000 in Midlothian debit, credit card fraud

POWHATAN COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Powhatan County authorities are searching for a suspect in connection with over $1,000 in debit and credit card fraud.

The Powhatan County Sheriff's Office is investigating multiple fraudulent debit and credit card transactions carried out on March 29 in the Midlothian area.

The suspect in this fraud is pictured below.

The exact number of transactions was not specified, nor the businesses where the fraud took place. However, the sheriff's office said the total amount fraudulently spent was more than $1,100.
