According to the Chesterfield County Police Department, at about 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 4, officers were called to the 13900 block of North Enon Church Road for report of a pedestrian hit by a driver. When they arrived, officers found that a teenage girl had been hit by a driver on North Enon Church Road, near a railroad crossing.
