These Richmond NICU babies dressed up for Halloween will melt your heart
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Even the sweetest, smallest patients receiving care at the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Children’s Hospital in Richmond are getting dressed up for Halloween this year. Babies receiving care in VCU's neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) were dressed up in what may just be some of the cutest costumes you'll see this year. The theme for these teeny tiny Halloween costumes was food -- from Dippin' Dots to fruit slices, these little angels are looking their best this spooky season. In previous years, Richmond NICU nurses handmade a variety of adorable little ensembles, from basketball players to princesses to superheroes.
