Three guns, 67.3 pounds of narcotics and two explosive devices seized by Virginia State Police during June investigations

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Virginia State Police, in partnership with federal and local law enforcement agencies, have recovered three guns, 67.3 pounds of narcotics and two explosive devices from June 12 through June 18.
According to the Virginia State Police, three firearms were recovered during investigations from June 12 to June 18, valued at $1,500.
In addition, police seized 67.3 pounds of narcotics during that period, which would have been worth about $339,824.
Seized narcotics included the following:
- 4.2 ounces of cocaine
- 4 ounces of ketamine
- 3.2 ounces of MDMA
- 63.9 pounds of marijuana
- 1.3 pounds of psilocybin
- 1.4 pounds of methamphetamine
- 0.5 ounces of fentanyl
In addition, police seized $3,554 in cash during narcotics investigations.
Virginia State Police also seized two explosive devices and initiated an investigation into a homicide.
Three gaming-related tips were placed with police, with a total of 1,564 to date.
Eighteen new human trafficking tips were placed, with a total of 1,030 to date. There are 215 cases investigated or currently under investigation, and 66 victims have been identified and offered services.
