Toddler seriously hurt in lawn mower accident in Prince George

PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A toddler is seriously hurt after an incident involving a lawn mower in Prince George County on Friday.
At about 5:50 p.m. on Friday, March 20, crews with Prince George Fire and EMS were called to the 17000 block of Pole Run Road for report of a lawn mower accident.
When they arrived, they found a 2-year-old boy who was seriously hurt. He was airlifted to an area hospital for treatment.
"Our thoughts are with the child and family during this difficult time," fire officials said.
