Tractor-trailer crash on I-95 causes delays in Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 95 is causing delays in Richmond.
The crash was first reported by VDOT around 6:50 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 17, and is located near the Chamberlayne Avenue exit.
According to VDOT, all southbound lanes are currently closed. There is approximately a 2-mile-long backup.
