Tractor-trailer crash shuts down I-295 South in Henrico

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Interstate 295 South is shut down in Henrico County due to a tractor-trailer crash late Wednesday night.
The crash was first reported just before 8:40 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 19 along I-295 southbound near the I-64 and Route 60 interchange, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
As of 9:02 p.m., all southbound lanes are closed.
Drivers are encouraged to seek alternative routes as first responders work to clear the scene.
