Two brothers arrested in connection to Henrico vandalism spree
HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Henrico police have arrested two additional suspects in connection to the vandalism spree that took place in multiple jurisdictions, dating back to October and November of 2024.
While investigating, detectives identified two brothers in connection to the vandalism spree in Henrico County's Sandston area that occurred in October and November of 2024.

The two brothers face the following charges:
- 27-year-old Dakota Eagleheart Winters of Lunenburg was arrested on Jan. 30, and is now facing 15 Felony Counts of Vandalism.
- 23-year-old Seqouiya Windwalker Winters of Lunenburg was arrested on Feb. 3, and is now facing 9 Felony Counts of Vandalism and 6 Misdemeanors (Vandalism-related).
According to Henrico police, 23-year-old Aaron James Web of Prince George who was arrested on Dec. 20, 2024, also faces additional charges connected to October's vandalism spree.
“Henrico Police will not tolerate acts of vandalism against our neighbors and the businesses that operate in Henrico County,” said Henrico Chief of Police Eric D. English. “We acknowledge that our neighboring localities fell victim to this senseless crime spree. We are hopeful that the arrests and charges made during this investigation will bring a sense of relief and accountability for the victims of these incidents.”
Henrico police extends their thanks to Colonial Heights Police, Richmond City Police, VCU Police, Prince George County Police, as well as Henrico County and Richmond City's Commonwealth Attorneys for their collaboration in this ongoing investigation.
