VIDEO: Suspect vandalizes vehicle in Henrico parking lot, flees scene
HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Henrico Police are looking for a suspect who was captured on cell phone video vandalizing a vehicle in a parking lot. At 11:40 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 23, officers with the Henrico County Police Division responded to the 11600 block of West Broad Street for a reported vandalism. When officers arrived, they spoke with the caller who said someone had slashed their tires and keyed their vehicle.
