Virginia’s Insurance Marketplace extends open enrollment deadline

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Open enrollment for Virginia's Insurance Marketplace has extended its deadline by another week. The new deadline for open enrollment in a health insurance plan with Virginia's Insurance Marketplace is now Wednesday, Jan. 22. According to the website, those who enroll in a health insurance plan by 11:59 p.m. on Jan. 22 will have a start date of Saturday, Feb. 1.
