WATCH: Cyclist steals tractor from Henrico parking lot in the rain

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A cyclist was caught on camera stealing a tractor from a Henrico County parking lot in the rain in mid-June.

The Henrico County Police Division is investigating a grand larceny that took place just before 8 p.m. on Sunday, June 29 in a parking lot in the 2200 block of Mountain Road.

Surveillance video obtained by police, included below, shows a tractor with a trailer attached sitting in a seemingly empty parking lot.

A white male can be seen riding a bicycle up to the tractor. He unhooks it from the trailer, puts his bicycle in the tractor's front bucket, then rides away in the tractor.
