What time do the clocks switch over for Daylight Saving?

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- It's that time of year again! This weekend, across Central Virginia, clocks will need to be adjusted one hour ahead for Daylight Saving Time.
The switch officially starts at 2:00 a.m. Sunday, March 9.
Some devices, like televisions and phones, will likely update automatically, but others will need to be adjusted, such as wall clocks and car clocks.
We will lose an hour of sleep Saturday night, due to the time change, but we will gain an hour of daylight in the evenings, with later sunsets, starting on Sunday.
