RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Want to fill your home with holiday cheer while also supporting a Virginia business? There are dozens of Christmas tree farms throughout the Commonwealth -- here's how to find one near you.

With Thanksgiving in the rear-view, many Virginians are starting to think about the holiday season up ahead. The Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS) is encouraging you to shop local when it comes to your Christmas tree.

The Virginia Christmas Tree Growers Association (VCTGA), comprised of professional Christmas tree growers, has member farms all across the state.
